04 · How it works
Four steps to the drive
How long does one diffuser last?
Our diffusers last up to 40 days. (How long yours lasts depends on how high you set the reed and how much you run the A/C.)
Can I make the scent stronger or softer?
Yes! Simply pull the reed up for a stronger scent, or push it down to soften it.
Will it leak or stain my car?
Keep the bottle upright and our diffuser will not leak or stain. If any oil spills, wipe it off right away, since it can stain vehicle surfaces.
Is it safe to leave in a hot car?
Avoid direct heat. Between drives, store it somewhere cool and dry for the longest life.
Is Journi vegan and cruelty free?
Yes. Journi is 100% vegan, cruelty free and made with natural ingredients.
How does Subscribe & save work?
Subscribe on any scent to save 25% and get a fresh diffuser every 30, 40 or 60 days. Skip or cancel anytime.
Which scent should I pick?
Take our four-question scent quiz and we'll match you to one of our four scents.
